Workshops
Pre-conference workshops will be held on Sunday, June 21st, 2026.
If you are interested in organizing a workshop, please contact us.
Key conditions:
The venue, including standard technology (projector, screen, etc.) and catering for coffee breaks and/or lunch, will be provided.
We do not provide an honorarium for workshop organizers.
Participants are required to pay a workshop participation fee. Workshop organizers may nominate up to 6 speakers for a half-day workshop or up to 12 speakers for a full-day workshop free of charge.
Post conference field trips
Field trips will be organized on June 25th, 2026, as part of the conference program. Detailed information, including itineraries and registration details, will be provided soon.
Accompanying persons program
We are pleased to offer an Accompanying Persons program, featuring a variety of activities such as sightseeing tours and the congress dinner. All accompanying guests are warmly invited to join us at the Welcome Reception as well. These options can be conveniently booked individually during the registration process.
